Macy talks & talks & laughs &
talks. She has so much to say about everything! She's also always good
for a laugh. She hides herself under laundry because we giggle at her.
She claps and sings because we giggle at her. She will do anything for a
little laugh!
She
also LOVES music. She's got a great head bob, and she dances along with
the beat. She also remembers and repeats rhythms to songs we sing a
lot.. maybe she's got a musical ear?!
At
15 months she weighed in at 22lbs 2oz (50-75%), 30" (25-50%), and her
head was 17 3/4" (25-50%). Her hair has a strawberry golden hue with
beautiful curls in the back.
She says about 15-20 words, is a great eater, gets her point across well, and loves books.
If you are sitting on the floor, she will find her way to your lap. She's ususally accompanied by a book.
Favorite
words: Nack (snack), No, Milk, Uh oh, Book, Hi, Bye Bye, Daddy, Doggie.
I think she is trying to say Owen & Millie, but we aren't quite
there yet.
She loves to color (& EAT) crayons. She can not be left unsupervised with crayons!
She sprouts a good whale spout.
She's already consumed her first sucker. #3 gets more sugar....
She's a lot of 'help' around the house..
She's got 9 teeth. Four on top, three on the bottom, and two of her 15 month molars.
...She can always be entertained by books....
... and sometimes I still get snuggles....
She's
so big and doing well at day care. No more tears at drop off! Their one
nap a day is starting to infiltrate our home schedule though.... Ack! I
hate sleep transitions. But it probably will be nice to just have her
need one nap a day. Eventually, right?!
She's
in the so busy, so fun, exploratory, adorable,
can't-wait-till-she-goes-down-for-a nap-phase. Sometimes I want her to
stay this little forever, and sometimes I look forward to when she can
sit on a couch & go down stairs. For now, I'll just enjoy those baby
babbles and savor the rare snuggles!
I cannot believe how big she is getting! She loves the attention and right she should being #3!
